INGREDIENTS
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Fresh parsley for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation of the marinade:
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, pepper and thyme.
Marinating the chicken:
- Place the chicken drumsticks in the marinade, coat well with the spices and set aside for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
